A red clay tennis community.

Rooted in tradition since 1954, and centered around our iconic red clay courts, the BRC is a member-owned and volunteer-driven community united by a shared love of tennis and the camaraderie it creates.

We honor the timeless spirit of the game while fostering a fun, inclusive, and respectful environment where players of all levels can connect, compete, and belong. Our mission is to preserve the classic beauty of red clay tennis in WNY and to keep its spirit alive — through great play, great friendships, and a deep appreciation for the game we love.

Who we are

Nestled inside a residential neighborhood in Kenmore, NY, a suburb of the city of Buffalo, our club is a unique tennis venue, both in Western New York and beyond. We love playing tennis and are community-focused- it’s that simple, and we like to keep it that way. No court-fees, no reservations, [almost] no staff, and no fancy facilities. Just six beautifully maintained red clay courts, a dedicated group of member volunteers, and a chalkboard sign-up system. We play May-October under the sun and lights, while enjoying the company of fellow members on the courts or the clubhouse porch.

Throughout each summer there are several events hosted at the club, including tournaments, fundraisers, leagues, and more.
